Vijay tv bags nanban telecasting rights

“VIJAY TV HAS BAGGED TELEVISION RIGHTS OF THUPPAKI”

Vijay Tv has bagged the rights of THUPPAKKI. Thupakki has Vijay and Kajal Agarwal playing the leads and music composed by Harris Jeyaraj. The film is been directed by A.R. Murugadoss and slated to release on Diwali 2012.

Thuppaki title case again postponed

A civil court has adjourned the Thuppakki title issue to August 14. The suit came up for hearing on Tuesday (07.08.2012) before the court on the petition filed by Ravi Devan of North East Film Work Factory, who alleged that the title and logo of the Vijay starrer movie share resemblances to his movie Kallathuppakki.

The interim injunction against using the title Thuppakki has been extended till 14.08.2012.
