Nanban scored a total of 15 crores in
the first day itself, and made a strong
run in the following days, right through
the Pongal weekend. Being a brave
remake attempt of the Hindi movie 3
idiots, Shankar and Vijay fans assured a
record run for Nanban.
The first week collections stand
testimony to the fact, with Nanban
collecting 57 crores from Jan 12th -16th,
that’s just 5 days. Composer Harris
Jayaraj too is delighted to add another
special movie to his credits as he
thanked his fans, “I thank everyone for
your overwhelming response for our
film Nanban.”
